OUR Strategy

Empower Equity Capital raises capital for two key types of real estate projects: improving (value-add) and building new Multifamily properties. We also invest in other sectors such as debt funds (Credit Card Debt Invalidation and First-Lien Mortgages). Our goal is to leverage these opportunities to generate strong investor returns while supporting responsible and impactful development in the communities.

Founder and CEO

Alla's journey from a 16-year-old immigrant to a self-made real estate entrepreneur is a testament to resilience and adaptability. Starting her career in IT project management, she quickly rose in major financial institutions but found her true calling in real estate. At 25, she bought her first foreclosure, transforming it into a profitable investment and igniting a passion for property development. Her ventures expanded into luxury townhouse renovations, multifamily properties, and a successful remodeling business in New York City.

The 2008 financial crisis spurred her creativity, as Alla turned her properties into sought-after film locations—a thriving business that remains a key revenue stream. Over the years, she broadened her portfolio with a boutique hotel, a restaurant, and various development projects, always blending financial returns with community impact.

In 2019, Alla embraced passive investing, allowing her to balance career, family, and personal growth. As the founder of Empower Equity Capital, she now connects investors with ethical, high-return projects, helping others achieve financial freedom. For Alla, real estate is about more than profit; it’s about purpose, empowering others to grow wealth while building better communities.
