In 2016, a comprehensive transformation of the Beacon Hotel and its restaurant began, in partnership with the acclaimed Clodagh Design. The renovation redefined the property to embody the elegance and warmth of the Hudson Valley.

Acquisition Date: July 2021

Purchase Price: $1,400,000
